In addition to traditional 21-mer duplexes, IDT recently introduced a new line of 27-mer duplexes. These 27-mer duplexes make the TriFECTa™ Dicer-Substrate RNAi Kit possible, delivering up to a 100-fold increase in potency when compared to older 21-mer siRNA models. Utilizing the endogenous Dicer system, IDT’s TriFECTa™ represents a substantial improvement over traditional antisense based processes, and gives researchers the confidence they need when studying hard-to-target genes.

All RNAi duplexes from IDT are HPLC purified and come with free CE and ESI-MS QC, providing proof of purity and identity.  Free design tools are available online as well as libraries of pre-designed duplexes for all genes in human, mouse, and rat.  In addition, IDT provides ultrahigh quality DNA for cloning shRNA sequences into ddRNAi expression vectors.
